About the Act

Digger Plotts - GraveSinger  is a delightful 20-30 minute character driven show with music. Digger (a gravedigger) tells anecdotal tales about life, death and all the creepy things in-between, while accompanying himself on the shitar (his shovel-guitar) and ukulele. His slightly dark humorous songs never fail to bring laughter, and sometimes even tears, to his audience.

Between shows, Digger walks about the streets—with or without his shitar— interacting with guests and regaling them with tales from the graveyard.

Digger's garb can be from just about any time period, from Medieval/Renaissance to Victorian or modern.

The show can be performed on-stage or in the lane and is totally self contained. Portable wireless and battery powered amplification is provided.
